Debra Capperrune was born in New York to Italian, Catholic parents. She never learned about salvation in Jesus Christ, never held a deep close relationship with Jesus nor was she taught that the Word or God is the most important book to a lifetime full of love, peace and joy.
Because of abandonment issues, Debra led a very self-directed lifestyle. She experienced depression and battled drugs and alcohol through her late teens and early adulthood. Debra was full of hurt, bitterness and anger, not to mention, guilt, pain and hopelessness. One night, Debra called out to Jesus to help her. Jesus immediately took control of Debra's life and led her to a wonderful Christian women name Teri Ebbitt. Terri explained the Gospel of Jesus Christ and before Debra knew it, she was reciting the Salvation prayer.
From that day on, Debra felt a newness in her mind and experienced a tremendous amount of love flowing through her. She realized her sins had been washed clean and this was the beginning to a wonderfully close and personal relationship with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Debra is no longer angry, hopeless or depressed. Through Jesus' Salvation she was also delivered her from all of her addictions, fears, insecurities, depression, anger and heartache. Not to mention, she was completely washed clean from drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, foul language, gambling and selfishness.
Debra was saved by Jesus through faith alone. Jesus has many awesome plans for Debra. To this day, Debra gives Jesus all the Glory for her Spiritual gifts, creative talents, and for saving her life, by redeeming, sustaining and transforming her mind through the love of Christ, His Word and the Holy Spirit.
